Refund policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid courses and consultations confirmed with Logicservicepath after an offline enrolment or booking.

Eligibility

Self-paced course fees may be refunded in full if you request cancellation within 14 days of payment and have accessed fewer than two modules. Live office-hour add-ons are refundable until 48 hours before the first scheduled session.

Timeframe

Send refund requests promptly using the contact details below. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days of receiving any information we reasonably need.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds may apply if a multi-session Counsel Path is cancelled after the first meeting: unused sessions are refunded minus a €60 administration fee. If we cancel a live session and cannot reschedule suitably, you may choose a full refund for that component.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one document reviews (Zeugnis Lens) are non-refundable once the written memo is delivered. Custom corporate workshops booked with materials prepared to your templates are non-refundable within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund process

Email hello@logicservicepath.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We may ask for the original payment reference.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfers inside the SEPA zone typically arrive sooner; card refunds follow the card issuer’s timeline.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel upcoming consultation appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule once at no charge. Later cancellations may forfeit that session fee.

Exceptions

Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, where applicable under German law, remain unaffected. If technical failure on our side prevented access for more than five consecutive days, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
